    Ms. Krissy wears many hats – from Company Conditioning and Acro Instructor toserving as the full-time Studio and Accounts Director; she’s a powerhouse of training, organization, and communication. Hailing from the competitive world of New Jersey dance and later excelling in lacrosse, Krissy’s journey has been marked by her unwavering dedication and passion for both athleticism and the arts. With a background deeply rooted in fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

    Krissy’s transition into the realm of dance instruction was a natural evolution. Her experience as a licensed Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor has not only equipped her with the skills to train dancers in conditioning, strength, and flexibility but has also infused her approach with a vibrant energy that inspires her students to push their boundaries and reach new heights.

    As a mother, Krissy found herself rekindling her love for dance through her daughter’s journey as a competitive dancer. This newfound perspective not only reignited her passion for the art form but also sparked her desire to contribute to the dance community in a meaningful way.
