    Emma Hobson
    Emma Hobson is a passionate choreographer and accomplished collegiate dancer currently based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Originally from Clinton, NC, Emma trained and competed with Carolina Dance Productions for eight years, developing a strong foundation in performance, technique, and competition. With eighteen years of cumulative performance experience, Emma has a wide range of talent and experience to share with other growing dancers. 

    Now a junior at Wake Forest University, Emma is earning her degree in Accounting at the Wake Forest School of Business while performing with the nationally ranked Wake Forest Dance Team, The Dazzling Deacs. Emma’s participation on the team has offered her incredible opportunities on and off the sidelines, including competing at UDA Nationals in Orlando, Florida, earning top placements in both Pom and Jazz.

    Emma returned to CDP as a choreographer in 2023, blending her years of competitive experience with the discipline and creativity she’s gained at the collegiate level. Her choreography challenges dancers to grow in both technique and artistry, and she’s passionate about helping students build confidence on and off the stage. Emma is honored to pour back into the studio that helped shape her as both a dancer and a person.
