Ms. Deborah is our Pro Shop Manager, and you can often find her smiling face behind the front desk in our Pro Shop most nights of the week. She recently retired from the NC Home Builders Association, where she dedicated 30 years as their Director of Exhibitions and Education. In this role, Deborah was instrumental in creating and executing the annual trade show, the NC Builder Institute, their scholarship program, the NC Housing Hall of Fame, and more.
In addition to her impressive career with the NC Home Builders Association, Deborah co- founded Southern Dreams Realty, LLC in 2018 with her partner. She brings 26 years of experience as a real estate Broker to this venture, serving the Triangle and Johnston County areas. Deborah’s extensive background in event management and real estate, coupled with her warm and welcoming presence, makes her an invaluable asset to our studio. We are thrilled to have her as part of the CDP family.
